KGC – Logistics, Transportation and Procurement department resumed transportation and logistics projects in 2010. KGC has signed partnership agreements with MECO and Usman Enterprise. The former is an Afghan based Trucking Company and the later is Karachi based, Pakistani Company. All three companies i.e. KGC, MECO and Usman Enterprise together now wield a large number of asset i.e. up to 850 trucks and other related equipment, a total of 400 jirib logistics parks – both in Pakistan and Afghanistan plus a large network of geographical support bases both in Afghanistan and in Pakistan. KGC Dubai office is dedicated to transportation and logistics program to provide support to ongoing operations.
