KGC – Engineering and Design

Kainaat Group of Companies (KGC) – Engineering & Design Department consists of experienced and innovative teams of Architects and Engineers providing design solutions for a broad range of projects across the Corporate & Commercial, Medical, Educational, Hospitality & Leisure and Federal Government sectors. KGC Design prides itself to a fresh and unique approach to all projects spanning across Afghanistan.

AGRICULTURE SECTOR:

Kainaat Group of Companies (KGC) has started investment in the agriculture sector in Afghanistan in 2008. We have planted more than 300 Acres of newly cultivated land with Almond trees, and another 150 Acres of land with other seasonal fruits. We are using technical experts from the Ministry of Agriculture, Afghanistan and the USAID funded programs for technical assistance. KGC has fielded a team of experts and technical plus skilled group of employees in the district of Chardara, Kunduz province to manage few projects at field and provincial level.

KGC is planning to purchase more agricultural lands and continue to invest in building the required infrastructure for the support of the ongoing efforts to modernize the age old agricultural productivity and marketability system. We are also into procuring more land and expanding our present investment plan to develop more productive agro-business and cultivating more lands. At this point in time, KGC will continue to work on this sector in Chardara district of Kunduz province. However, we are looking for expansion to other areas after the success of this trail venture.

KGC is planning to install pasteurization and dry fruit packaging plant. We are also planning to work together with the Ministry of Agriculture and with the officials of Afghanistan Chamber of Business in order to look for ways to capitalize on this sector in order to pave the way for export to the world and the regional countries such as India, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Europe and USA.

TRADING:

Trading is a major element in KGC business lines. We invest to import and supply critically needed materials for businesses in Afghanistan to ensure their operation and ongoing projects. We have contracts with companies that produce best quality materials across industries, which also offers good terms in terms of cost, delivery time, warranty and product life span. Our connections with companies in the region give us edge over our competitors. Our terms of business deals offer many eases of transaction with customers and clients. We offer to supply and deliver:

1. Agricultural equipment, tools and chemicals,
2. Construction related heavy machineries, tools and chemicals,
3. Medical equipment,
4. Security related tools and equipment including surveillance cameras,
5. And all other materials, machineries and tools that business and individual traders require in Afghanistan.

KGC has a number of warehouses where we can store and distribute shipment of materials to our clients and customers within the shortest time possible. Our warehouses are located in Kabul, Mazare-e-Sharif, Herat, Kandahar, Kunduz, Badakhshan and Jalalabad – literally across the width and breadth of the country. In addition, we have a network of subcontractors and vendors who are on stand-by for us to execute tasks / special projects all over Afghanistan.
